Is it possible to add the Xing tag after encode.

A friend of mine wasn't aware of the EAC ID3v2 bug, so he encoded a bunch of albums with ID3v2 enabled, hence the files have no Xing tags.

Is it possible to add it after encoding?

Although somewhat buggy, and written in VB it works, and shows that it can be done.
