Best formatting output file name in diskwriter?
The default works fine for me, otherwise just take a look into the
format strings thread and adapt one of the given strings to fit your needs.

Example: I get cd info [artist- album- title], diskwrite this cd and I would should like file name [artist - title.mpc]

Am not sure wether you got this right here. The diskwriter is supposed to output .wav files from compressed files (ie.: mpc, mp3, ogg, etc.) and not the other way around. It is not a ripper.
after run conversion I have file name: 001 92FA1A80,08.mpc (ogg)
I wont file name: [artist]-[title].mpc (ogg)

Just as a confirmation. What are you trying to use as input for cd writer and what as output? I have just tried it out and for me the default formatting works just fine.
It simply gives me filename.wav as an output. however I really wouldn't know how to get diskwriter to output compressed files (ie, mpc, ogg) by itself.
[EDIT]
However, if you do try to use diskwriter directly from an audio cd (wich it is not meant for) it should indeed give you something like this as an output: 001 538140D4,09.wav
foobar is for me "riper" I copy my cd in to *.mpc and *.ogg
but formatting file name is not good for my

Well it is not meant to be a ripper. Thats probably why the title formating does not work for you.
You should really consider using a different program like EAC or CDex for ripping. Then all your title formatting issues should be solved for you. They both support CDDB. Plus the quality of the rips should be much higher. Simply do a Forum Search on these programs. There are a few useful limks about EAC in this thread:

Foobar ripp very good in to mpc and ogg format, a don't wont use eac(cdex).

Wasn't meant that harsh. Henc the smiley. You should really give EAC a go it's worth it.
