Ciao..

now... i wonder if there exist a
command line phase-shifter..
that can do 16-32bit.

i know there`s loads is apps. & DX/VST..
but is it made a simple binary
that can..

Ciao..

it says : *apply a phaser effect*..
so i guess i`ll have to give it a go..

but i was actually after a simple cli..
solely designed for phase-shifting..
