I am a little confused about this:

MPEG 2.0 layer 3
56kbit, 10231 frames
22050Hz Joint Stereo

What's MPEG 2.0? Is it better than normal v1.0?
Is this: 56kbit, 22050 Hz, v2.0 same as 128kbit, 44100, v1.0?
