i have read several topics about this and i can't tell whats what anymore.
is there a guide somewhere ? i can't get it to work.
aac doesn't have the distortions that mp3 has (lame). I can hear them when using my sennheiser HD570.
w/ aac it isn't as heavy sound but its clearer and less/no distortions.

Hm, I mentioned it in another thread, today. Very roughly though - but maybe you'll find it sufficient:

yes, i have read it. It works, but instead of having AAC files i would like to have them converted directly to mp4.
furthermore, having them compressed directly from EAC would be much easier ( if possible )
EDIT: ok , i tried Foobar but i get " ERROR (foo_mp4) : Gain control not yet implemented " when trying to play.
