Folks,

I was wondering if anyone is having problems with AAC files (*.mp4) encoded using the latest Nero AAC/MP4 plugin (the one that comes with Nero 5.5.10.35 or 5.5.10.42) and played back on MAC iPod with firmware 1.3. I'm getting artifacts, and weird noises on various songs (eg. Shakira - Underneath Your Clothes - first 5 seconds, and throughout the song)

I'm using Sveta and EphPod to transfer and tag AAC files on iPod. Files encoded using the old Nero AAC/MP4 plugin did not have the artifacts. Now I do not know how to go back to the old encoder and/or know how to solve the problem.

Any help or comments much appreciated.
