apologies if this has been discussed before, but if i buy nero 6 will i be allowed to put up he-aac audio clips on my website or do i need extra license stuff for that?

I think so, although I am not entirely sure. Ogg Vorbis would be completely free ofcourse. I found more about AAC+ license issues in this thread from April:

thanks for the link. would like to know more about the subject. as in even when it will actually be better quality-wise, if i'm not allowed to put them up without a fee there will be a very small change i'll end up using it...
