I want to ask are there any software which can convert
CD to MPC file directly without first making it to wav by
myself then encode it?

Thanks.

Try * although using EAC a .wav file will still be created.

Well I don't think it's possible to pass PCM directly to an encoder, is it?

Gotta make .wavs first.

Don't you have enough hard disc space left to go through wav ? In this case I understand.
But I recall that wav is nothing more than PCM with a header telling the OS that the file contains PCM audio.
