and get a bloated helper (smartstart)
and call it SE...
(some minor dialog changes)
exept.. the VST filter support, Direct show,
HE AAC, and nerotrax.. this is exactly like 5.5..
and as guessed.. the v.6 have bugs...

To n68:
Guy, you really look crazy to me.
During the months that you've been posting threads here, you've said everything from nonsenses to any type of criticism. You have said wrong things quite frequently and tend to find bad things everywhere.
You start to look paranoid, in absence of a better word ( not to talk about that annoying " yup.." that you used to have, although the "ciao.." is not less).
You seem you don't understand what version numbering is, what is it used for, and what's marketing.
If you find that Nero 5.5 is good and that Nero 6 is not needed. That's your oppinion. That's fine. Just don't expect people to agree with you.
You remark that, for you, Nero 6 is just a face-lift of nero 5.5 with some extras, that you don't even like. If it is that for you, allright. Many people won't think like you.
Yes, Nero 6 has better icons, has some small changes on the applications that were there already, has fixes, MIGHT have new bugs, but you seem to miss one thing:
Nero 6 is no more a burning suite, but a multimedia suite with a burning engine. This alone can be the reason of the version increase. Prove of this are the two Players (one for audio, the other for video) that it includes or the video editing tool.
If you don't like/don't need them, you don't need to use them, you don't even have to buy it if you don't like it on a whole, but stop saying nonsenses!
What's the difference between Explorer 5 and explorer 6? What's the difference between Photoshop 5 and photoshop 6? They just do what they do, better, and with some more tools. Will you bash those programs too?
Come on! Be more serious. START to be more serious. For both, you, to become a better person, and us, to be able to stop telling you so.
That review alone made me wish to buy Nero 6, even when I don't have a DVD burner, nor a DVD drive! (not to tell that I had a problem with my CD-RW and sometimes it doesn't record the CD's correctly)
What would i use it for then? As an audio editor, as a video player... Even I could think on buying finally a dvd burner to get the most of it.
