hello pplz..... i have saved my entire collection of audio cds into my HDD using Windows Media Player 9, and unfortunately i have seen that.. i have done that with protected mode on. now.. i want to convert all of them to MP3 files......
can u tell me any converter which can do this??? converting protected wma files to mp3???

First of all, I don't think you can...

Second of all, you don't want to! WMA sounds crappy, if you transcode to mp3 it'll sound even worse. (photocopy of a photocopy syndrome)

You need to reencode from CD to get proper results, DRM or no.

Re-rip all the music. Even if you succeed in disabling the protection, the conversion to mp3 will drop the quality.
Like Jebus says, each time you convert audio into a lossy format, you lose quality. WMA is lossy, same goes for MP3. That means your music will lose quality TWO times. Instead, use a good ripper like dMC or CDex or EAC and rip the CD music to MP3 or Ogg Vorbis, instead of WMA which is a terrible choice.
