I check around this site but I didn't really find the answer that I am looking for. I found this guide for configuring EAC but its kinda old cuz I found it in a thread made in 2002. The link is this: http://www.ping.be/satcp/eac00.htm#-

Anyway I am wondering what are the best settings to use for EAC on my lite on 24x/10x/40x drive? How should I configure EAC to rip and then I manually enter the title/artist/ and etc.? thx

Just set it up in secure mode in the drive settings, no C2. If you're paranoid, in EAC's settings, on the extraction tab, turn the two options at the bottom to high. You're done.
