I have recently shifted from CDex to EAC 0.9b4 and apart from the slowness of the rips (yes, I know why its slower), I'm completely chuffed with it. After quite a bit of hunting around, I have come to understand quite a lot about the different configuation options - mainly thanks to the Coaster Factory.

So, I have saved my own profile for ripping to MP3 (lame 3.90.3, alt preset standard).

The thing is I now want profiles for quality encoding of MPC, OGG, AAC and APE. I have hunted around this site and others and haven't found a thorough tutorial.

Basically, I am after lame APS transparency, with a similar or smaller filesize. I am happy with my settings for everything else, its just the compression dialogue box I need help with. Also, I have the neccessary encoders.

Many thanks

I don't know if this answers all of your questions, but it should help with most.
