What does everyone think of the Portable and portable1 presets? and, isnt it just the same as VBR 96-160?

hmm. I think the portable preset is in the alphas only.
and... I don't think there are --vbr 96 commands in lame. perhaps portable will average in this region, but I believe it was rather 130 average for portable and 160 kbps for medium.
