This is very important.
I need to adjust the pitch of
my mp3 collection to 44O hz.
But I want this to be with the highest
possible quality, so no re-encoding !
no way ! How can I achieve this ?
I'm sure this must be possible somehow.
Maybe by editing the mp3 file header to change the
sampling frequency to 43000 (for lower pitch),
or 45000 Khz (for higher pitch) for instance ?

Help !

You can't AFAIK..but you can do it on playback with pacemaker for winamp or SoundTouch DSP for foobar2000.

Could AutoTune of Antares be what you're looking for? There's a DirectX version which you can use with Adapt-X DSP plug-in for WinAmp... You should be able to find it if you know where to look for... wink.gif
