Hi, I would like to compile lame for win32, in linux. I have debian and Windows XP installed on dual-boot. Im a bit of a newbie, so could anyone help me?

i really doubt you can cross-compile it to a different platform ....
just use cygwin or whatever compiler you can get your hands on under win32 and do it like that... ??

well, if its not possible to do that, is it possbile i can compile it, to use in linux, but, how wud i encode in linux?
