Just a few little things, but could there be an option for fb2k to automatically do replaygain calculation in the background? You could even have a "replaygain queue" so you could check on what files are currently being worked on... I'm tired of having to manually do each album tongue.gif

In case your files are properly tagged, you can always select the entire playlist and use "Scan selection as multiple albums using album field" option in the replaygain menu. And the replay gain window does show wich file it is currently working on.

But the point I think he is making is that he wants to be able to use the playlist while replaygaining.

Seems to work just fine for me. But maybe I got it wrong.

Actually I just don't want to have to go to the trouble of scanning every album I throw in my playlist.

I'd much rather have it be an automatic process, where it checks for info then does it in the background if it can't find anything... the final calculated levels should also be instantly applied to the song once they're done, so it'd basically be a transparent process.

Oh yeah, and a way to set an album as a "folder of music files" would be nice as well, which would sidestep most all tagging issues for me anyways smile.gif

EDIT: I just thought of something, perhaps if you play just one song out of an album then it'll go ahead and give you a confirmation box as to whether you want to calculate the rest of the files in that folder as well? That way you wouldn't have mis-calculated files most of the time... this would all be configurable of course.
