I just ordered an Creative MuVo 128MB MP3 Player & USB Stick 2in1. Now I need a programm which can transcode Ogg->Mp3, Mpc->Mp3 and even Mp3->Mp3 to create "protable" Mp3s for it. Does such a program exist?

Foobar2000 with the CLI encoder plugin. After properly configuring it, point, select, click, wait. Handles all the tagging and renaming extremely well. It's the only thing I use for transcoding.
Foobar2000 or frontah.
Isn't dbpoweramp very good for doing that sort of stuff?

I would use foobar with the CLI encoder but there is no 0.7 compile of it.
With Speek's all2lame i get an error when trying to transcode mpc.
