i had ever gone to ogg homepage where i get some basic info about ogg bit format at large. and from his sdk source code i only get some outer part of the encoder.

and who can give me further info about ogg.
where can i get its document such as standard-like?
or who can give me some details about ogg coding ?

both have some useful information. Both are outdated however, but should be a good place to start. I imagine a lot of this documentation will be updated once Vorbis hits 1.0
