As we already have "Reload info from file", "Remove tags from file" and "Rewrite file tags from database", couldn't we also get a "Remove from database" to the context menu? I know we have it already in Album list, but it would be nice to get it to playlists context menu also.

Why?

To make my life easier.

I already thought about making many* of the special context menu entries in foo_dbsearch regular context menu commands. This way you will be able to remove them, if you don't want them. I also thought about putting those actions into a separate plugin. If there's a request for this, I'll probably release this plugin a little sooner.

*: Currently, the actions that send, add, or insert entries (in)to the playlist or on my list, as well as "Remove from database".

Curious George had a plugin to do this (for 0.6), but to be honest i dont see how it would make your life easier..
