Quick dumb question...

Is there any way to use dMC to convert an entire hierarchy of subdirectories of FLAC files into LAME MP3? I've got my entire CD collection ripped into FLAC using subdirectories by artist, then by album. So basically I want to set up my machine to convert everything overnight so I can then download them to my iPOD. Is there a way to do this?
