This is a bug in Mozilla Firebird up to 0.6.1 and some nightlies after it. It was just fixed in the last several nightlies.
This bug occurs with the file default/pref/all.js. On versions up to 0.6.1 and some nightlies after it, this file uses UNIX format for line endings and not DOS / Windows format. When the Flash installer installs on the Firebird directory, it needs to modify this file in order to get Flash scripting support on Firebird. However, due to this UNIX/DOS format problem, the file is screwed when it is modified by the Flash installer. This makes Mozilla Firebird to have the Mozilla Classic theme look, and becomes unusable.
