Is there a program like MPEG Audio Collection 291 that supports lossless formats
like Flac. And does flac support tagging.

Not sure what you mean but MPEG Audio Collection do support flac. However, I don't know any other database-like software that supports it.

When I try to import a flac music file into MPEG Audio Collection 291,the program
stops working and I have to start it again,works with wavpack.
