Does anybody know where to find the latest FAAC for the CDex. I have an faac.dll encoder (version 2.20 engine 0.60) which seems to be about 2 years old. Is there a newer one somewhere?

Even if there were, I wouldn't recommend use of FAAC. It's really not a very high quality encoder at all...
I think it's meant to just provide better example code of AAC-coding than what ISO-AAC source is.

On the other hand FAAD is a world class AAC-decoder, but FAAC is not a very good AAC-encoder.
