This plugin currently helps WINAMP play with such new formats. I want Foobar can play them too so I can totally give up Winamp. Winamp needs three .dlls to play. There are WinFMP.dll, PMDWin.dll and in_pmd.dll found in its FMPMD2000(English Version) player.

If you could give less Japanese details on the audio format I'm sure someone could make a plugin that would support this sort of audio compresison.
