hi,

why has foobar 0.7x such a high noise level @16bit dithering/strong ATH Noise shaping (recommended)
compared to foobar 0.667 ?

Looks the same here. Not sure why this is.

There was a problem with dithering in RC10 and a few builds before, fixed already in RC11.
