I have an mp3 file.

This mp3 file consists of 2 channels left and right

1. Can anyone please tell me how to separate the channels so the left in the original mp3 becomes left.mp3 and the right of the original becomes right.mp3

2. Once the channels have been separated, how do I get the extracted left channel to play in both speakers, and how to I do the same for the right channel

3. After that, is it possible to merge both separated channels again?

Please help!

Ok

I thought of another method

Is it possible to simply downsample a stereo mp3 file to mono?

You can convert from stereo to mono in CEP, or the opposite if you choose. Go to "Edit" and select "Convert Sample Type." biggrin.gif

Later.
