I probably risk getting warned for this, since the original thread has been closed, but I'd just like to say sorry to any Venezuleans / people who might have been offended by comments on the country.

Artemis3's original post was a bit trollish to me , but I could have been pretty much short of sleep at that point. For the record, the stuff I mentioned was pulled off CIA's worldbook, and some US travel advisories site...


Still no excuses, the point I was trying to make was that let's not prejudge another place without first-hand experience.. Unfortunately I didn't practise what I preached
