ReplayGain is the solution for volume differences between tracks.

Use Replaygain. Select all your files, right click and from replaygain menu choose "scan selection as multiple albums...". It works fine, unless you have many "The Best of" albums, and then you'll need to replaygain them separately.
Then under preferences|playback choose your prefered replaygain mode, track or album gain.

will it work for internet radios? i got an url and i want to set higher volume for it
is it possible?

as far as i know you can't replaygain streaming audio. You could try the "preamp no replaygained files" under playback in the options. remember to enable the preamp dsp.

No idea if it will ork as i don't use radio streams.

preamp thing works ok when set to 12db but all other songs sound too loud and pretty unclear, if only i could just set volume to +12 (u can only decrease it below 0) ....

Did you replaygain the songs on your hd? If so foobar's preamp should (if correctly configured) only touch files without replaygain information.
