I'm looking for a command line tagger to use in a batch file that is run at the time of ripping.

I have my ripper set up to give my files a somewhat unusual filename. I need the tagger to parse the filename, based on a pattern that I provide, and send those blocks of data to standard and USER DEFINED ogg and ape tag fields. The mass tagger in foobar2000 works just the way I need, but I want to do it as a command line executable in a batch file. It would be great if Tag could do this, but I haven't figured out how to get it to, if it can.

Does anyone know of a tagger that can do this? If not, please take this as a feature request to any tagger author.
