After installing Revolution 7.1 and reinstallation Windows XP SP1 from scratch I have no sound from TV/FM tuner. All connections are OK. Revolution mixer shows that some signal is present, but standard Windows Multimedia properties have no Line In tab. It has Master, Wave, SW Synth and CD Player tabs only. Revolution connected to DTT3500 speakers throught coaxial cable. I used last two versions of Revolution drivers. All other sounds sources are OK. So, any help is very appreciated.

So, any help is very appreciated.

In Windows Volume controls, click Options > Properties. There you can select which inputs are listed.

I can not add anything. But I can record sound and hear it ...

Forgive me, but it's a bit confusing smile.gif. Your topic title says 'no sound from line in' but in your post you say 'no sound from tv/fm tuner'. Now you say you are getting sound on line in?

SW Synth suggests you are listing the playback controls. From the properties window, select the Recording radio button.

Sorry, for noadequate description! I can't hear sound from TV/FM tuner directly, but Revolution properties panel shows, that signal is present on Line In (I can't hear it). If I try to record this signal (by 3rd party program) in file, I can play (and hear) it. An example, if I start FM tuner program - no sound. If then (in the same time) I start recording program, sound records and plays (not in real time).

Yes, if I select Recording radio button, I can see Mic/Line Volume tab (of course it is On), but result is the same no sound. It appears, that this card have drivers problem, or doesn't pass sound from Line In to out connectors. May be the problem is that I use digital connectors?

Anyway, thanks!

Check monitor input under the correspondant tab in the Revo Control Panel & see if this helps (a bit hissy but that's life...)

Possible driver bug. When I connect analog speakers and check Enable Monitoring all become OK. So, Line In doesn't work for digital connection.
