Trying to find some information on the "Album List" Component of FB2k. I realize it's probably posted here somewhere, but alas i just can't seem to find it Mainly what's bugging me right now is populating the list, i've got several playlist setup and saved, and they don't show in there, and i'm not quite sure if i just need to alter something somewhere to point FB2k to my MP3/OGG directories or what.

The album list is derived from Foobar's internal database. Make sure it's enabled: Preferences > Database > Database Enabled. When you load songs into Foobar, they're added to the database.

it's enabled ... i thought it populated from a directory on a local computer though ....

Sorry, I didn't edit my first reply in time ... Songs are added to the database when you load them into Foobar. Do a Playlist > Add Directory for all of your songs. If you have them tagged properly, the album list should show all of your albums.

guess i finally flipped enough switches ... it started working now

ok ... so now all i have to do is wade through the lists of settings/switches to get them to display in the Album List the way i want 'em to.
