this card has a space for what i assume is for plugging the computer case 'pin-out' cables for the microphone and headset inputs, but there appears to be no labelling (and definitely no diagram) for where the ground, + and - pins go. i emailed Turtle Beach tech support and got a reply that the mic/headphones header is for 'internal diagnostics only' and is not for consumer usage!

well, there's got to be a way to get around this... i just need a pin-out diagram. has anyone been able to do this? i'd hate to lose the use of the front panel audio jacks on my case...

I had the same problem so I started doing some testing and get this to work.

look at this image http://support.dell.com/support/edo...rh/scz_card.gif

from left to right the pins are

1.
2.
3. Mic tip
4.
5. Mic sleeve
6.
7. Headphones Right channel
8.
9. Headphones Left channel
10. Common ground (mic and headphones)

I dont remember if the Santa Cruz control panel software has the sliders for this two front panel devices, since im using linux and have not used this card in windows for a long time. But in linux works great.

Hope you find this useful..

is this with a Dell-sourced TBSC or a non-Dell version?
