I am having difficulties downloading the FLAC program. I have Windows 98, so I went to the http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html site and I tried to download the FLAC 1.10 for Windows with installer. I succeeded in getting the exe. file onto my desktop, however when I try to download the program, nothing happens.

I am hitting dig it and it's not doing ANYTHING! in fact the entire screen just says

FLAC Installer v1.10j - 7/1/2003 License Agreement

Then the page is BLANK

and at the bottom is CANCEL or DIG IT.

and I am hitting the DIG IT button and nothing is happening...

Oh, and if you could help me with the LEAST complicated way possible, I would truly appreciate it. (I am NOT the computer genius that some of you seem to be.)
