Already available at Roberto's site is
oggdropXPd .
http://www.inf.ufpr.br/~rja00/
This is the integration of oggdropXP and oggDECdrop into one program that has all the functionality of both these program. The encoding and decoding options remain exactly as they were but are integrated into one package that is only 20kb larger than oggdropXP alone.
There is a help file provided, and I would urge you to read it!!
There is NO switch to select encoding or decoding. If you ' a drop' a '.wav', it will encode with the current settings and if you 'drop' an 'ogg', it will decode/playback with the current settings. Please wait for one activity to finish before starting the other. In other words, if you are decoding, wait for that to finish before drop files for encoding, and vice versa, or the files will be ignored. The help file explains all this fully.
Enjoy.
PS. Sources will be posted within the next 24 hours!

Damn me. Will add it right away.
Quality Management Options Slider, doesn`t work
Hey, you're right! It gets updated if you enter the quality as a number, but it doesn't update the numbers when you slide. Sorry about that, I'll look into it. Thanks for the feedback.

Beta 0.2 uploaded to Roberto some time ago with a fix to that problem.

i decoded a bunch of vorbis files to wav last nite and they were all corrupted. they all sounded like they were clipping badly, pops and clicks all over the place!

Works 100% fine here...
Take a look at your decoding options. Are you decoding to 16bit PCM, and not using Vorbisgain? (Although I doubt vorbisgain has any influence in these issues you are reporting)
Besides, did these files decode well with other decoders? (Winamp plugin or oggdec)

not using vorbisgain or anything like that, the files decoded fine with winamp, in fact that's what i used in the end.
does oggdropxpd depend on any external files that i should maybe update?
[edit]get this on both my home machine and work machine, with playback also. sounds like clipping distortion but it doesn't happen on any other decoder. tryed winamp 2, winamp3, wmp with oggds.[/edit]

No, AFAIK.
All the decoding/encoding engines are inside the .exe
Maybe it needs some kind of M$ runtime but, if you lacked that, the program wouldn't even run.
I'm clueless.

ok, i've worked it out, it's clipping distortion. dropping the gain down a notch clears it up.
is there a bug in the gain code somewhere?
btw, what does AFAIK mean?

Version 0.3 beta uploaded to Roberto. Sorry!

Yes, there was a small bug in there, now fixed. Beta 0.3 also has added menuitems to stop encoding/ decoding without having to quit. Processing is re-activated by dropping more files.
