Ok, EAC used to work on my pc, but no longer does. The cd drives show up, but do not show any CD in either drive. I have tried everything suggested in the forums so far (ForceAspi (4.6) aspi 4.7 + FixAspi) nothing will work. Just says drive is empty. Im using EAC 0.9.
PLZZZZZZZZZ help me!

Could you please provide a little more info on the OS and the CD drives that you are using, including possible software interference (virtual CD software, packet writing software).
Did you try EAC 0.95prebeta3 as well?

hi yeh sorry! Yes, i Have EAC .9 and .95 on the computer now, but its not that they are running together, it did the same with just one on. Ok, i have a Sony VAIO pc, with two drvies, one CD-r/w and other DVD-rom. DVD is pioneer, r/w is sony. Anything else you would like to know? j x

Exit all programs using the drive (like Alcohol 120%) before starting EAC the next time.

Completely shut down Alcohol first. No point in mixing up problems.

See the long post here for the short answer:

Not sure if Alcohol's hide media or virtual drive features will give you problems. But if it works without them on, and doesn't with them on, that would tell you.

Let us know what you find out. That's the deal here. And it might help to say which OS you're using.

ForceASPI is obsolete.

Put EAC and ASPI or just ASPI into HA's Search and about a dozen threads will come back - on ASPI problems on EAC, won't recognize the drive or recognizing the disc, no CD, EAC doesn't see my drive etc.
