I am using winamp 2.91 with flac files. I'm using SqrSoft Crossfader as my output. Is it possible to resample my flac files up to 48k in anyway?

Not that I am aware of (afaik, only out_ds_ssrc has that possibility); I wouldn't recommend you resampling the files and saving them on the disk.

Let me clarify,

I mean i want to play them back resampled, sort of like how you can in fb2k.

There's a resampling output plugin for winamp using SSRC. It's called out_wave_ssrc.dll, IIRC there's a thread about it here. You can get it here for example (rightclick -> save as).

You can't do it with SqrSoft Crossfader; there out_ds_ssrc which even supports fading, it's located here.
