lameENCdrop V1.1 just uploaded to Roberto at: http://www.inf.ufpr.br/~rja00/ .

Two versions are available, as before, using lame 3.91 and 3.92a. The 3.92a version is smaller reflecting changes in the CVS made by Gabriel relating to separating the alt-presets and r3mix into 'presets.c' within libmp3lame. It makes no difference to the output mp3s, it just means the .exe is slightly smaller.

Both versions incorporate small corrections to the way I was handling alt-preset CBR. Previously, I was allowing selection of an alt-preset CBR bitrate of less than 80kbps which is incorrect.

None of the other settings has changed.
