Is it safe to copy Winamp to another computer without installation?
This way I can make an easy to use package with extra plug-ins.

You won't get the start menu icons, Winamp agent (good!) and filetype associations (but Winamp re-registers filetypes on startup by default anyways) so there's no significant lost functionality by copying rather than installing.
