Are there any plugins to rip MP3 Streams in foobar, or does anyone know of any in development?

And if not, can someone suggest a good stream ripper that I could use?

For starters, StreamRipper32.

you could just right-click on the stream > convert > run conversion.
if you want mp3 encoding you'd use the cli encoder with lame.

That involves transcoding. StreamRipper32 does not.
