i've mentioned this previously, and was fixed for a few builds, but it appears it's been broken again

the way i use foobar2000 is to have my title all nicely formated with the currently playing info, which is grabbed via a litestep module and displayed in a scrolling text box.

this is all good, however the time doesn't update when the window is minimized UNLESS the file is VBR. now, this is partly due to my title formatting containing '%__bitrate_dynamic% to show the realtime bitrate, but i think it odd that %_time_elapsed% only updates when the window is visible.

using VBR seems to be a nice workaround, but as you can imagine i also have a fair share of CBR mp3's

is anyone else having this problem?
