I wonder if there is a plugin for FooBar like foo_linein. I mean the plugin that is similar to WinAmp's linein plugin.

Not quite! In Winamp when I write linein:// into OpenLocation box, a new item (stream item) appears in Playlist. The sound doesn't go to the file (like in foo_record) but to the soundcard output. So I can hear live what comes in to my lineIn plug.

Uhh, Isnt it even easier with the new GUI in foo_record 0.1.2???

GUI writes to file, webDude wanted to feed "line in" into otput plugin ("line out"), not to file.... Just like it was[*] in Winamp.

Right, and thats very simple with the new foo_record.

All you need to do is set the windows mixer recording properties correctly beforehand. Microphone and Line In can be selected so recording with the GUI is a snap. Stereo mixer would be the one for capturing audio from other any other program, like a flash file, realplayer or avi player. Great stuff, with the new foo_record, and the encoders available for foo_record are awesome.
