Is any way to know the location/address of .rm/.ram file which runs on real player like (http://216.40.213.204/~admin2/npt786/khakee1.rm) which can be downloaded easily while the shortcut(link to play any song) is given like "java script:openWindow('http://www.radiosargam.com/scripts/indiahits.cgi?khakee1.rm','p_radio')" which can be played only.

Tracks from the first website were completely downloaded and saved (not just a tiny file with anoter link but the whole audio file) on my computer on this path (Windows2000 temporary folder):
C:\Documents and Settings\nous(username)\Local Settings\Temp

I couldn't get the second website to play music.

Sometimes they are saved onto your hard drive temporarily. That may depend on whether it can play it in realtime or need to buffer it. If it needs to buffer it, you can tell it to do the whole file and then play, and that may or may not help.

It may get put into your clip cache.

Or, you may need to use something like URLSnooper, which watches your connection for URLs

Sometimes you can can view the source html of a link and easily see the url.

Many streams though are done with rtsp rather than http, which means you'll need a stream downloader, like StreamboxVCR.
