I don't think that is possible yet. EAC has no support for calculating replaygain, and so far neither has Lame. However, according to the change-log of Lame, some experimental code was included in 3.90, but it wasn't functional. In the alpha release of 3.94, it seems that it is supposed to be functional. But I don't know if it is, alphas shouldn't be used anyway. Even if this makes its way into 3.94, only radio gain will be possible, and the info will probably only be stored in the Lame tag. I am pretty sure that no player supports reading gain info from the Lame tag today.
Personally, I use MP3gain (latest beta) after ripping with EAC. It both adjusts the gain value of the MPEG frames and writes APEv2 tags with fb2k replaygain info. This makes it possible for me to listen to my MP3:s both in my portable and in foobar2k with correct gain. I find that quite neat.
Maybe this can be done using MAREO calling lame.exe and a batch file, that starts some replaygaining program delayed.

you can tell
MAREO to run lame and after
each track replaygain with whatever command line you want, but it won't be able to do an "album" gain ...
