I burned a CD with BAO and made sure that the CD Text was entered for each track and the album. I can see the CD text in Nero but I can not get EAC to show, export or access the CD text. Is this is normal? If so, is there software that will extract the CD text so I can keep a written list of the tracks on each CD?

are you using ASPI or native interface for windows 2000/xp on EAC, I've had bad times with the second...
