there's a simple trick to override this: next time before you start quicktime set your system date a few years forward, start quicktime and select 'update later', close quicktime, set system date back and you won't be bothered with that advertisement again smile.gif
i don't know if this still works with QT 6.x, but it worked with 4.x and 5.x.
