tOGGer is a program for mass tagging Vorbis Ogg audio files.

Yay. Even with WinVorbis this can only make it easier for Vorbis to gain ground amongst Win32-users. Nice no-nonsense program.

I'm lost. It keeps bitching about not finding odd.dll whis isn't in it or toe vorbis download crap.

Yes, I forgot to mention I had the same problem: "Missing ogg.dll". Fortunately I had it in a other dir.
