i search for a crossfader with follow features:

cut silence (begin and end of track)
define silence as level of amplitude (-13dB, -2dB ...)

and beatmatching (very good for trance, techno...):
find the BMP-Values
pitch one of the track if BMP are different
syncronize the beats of both tracks
(similar to "Ejay DJ MixStation 2 feat. Virtual DJ)
(eJay Program don't support MP4...hmmm)

exists a crossfader with this features?
(for foobar or winamp)
