i'm running latest foobar v0.7.3a
Nvidia Nforce2 Soundstorm sound card with latest NVIDIA drivers for it..

i'm having problems with sound output to all 4 of my speakers in my 4.1 setup..
if i run foobar in anyother mode other then direct output 2.0 it only plays to the front 2 speakers.. swiching to DO2.0 plays thru the rear speakers..
i probly wouldnt mind but i can kinda hear the quality difference depending on the song and would like to run is KS mode..

is this a foobar issue or a soundcard / drivers / setup issue?

dunno if you've tried this but there's a DSP that converts stereo to 4 channel. Hope that fixes your problem.

delete all your files and reinstall foobar over it
problems can be detected often when updating foobar just because a dll has not been updated or something..

I have this same problem and can't seem to get all four speakers to work.
