Just letting you know that I released version 1.0.3 of Speex. The main visible change is that I fixed an underflow problem that could cause up to 10x slowdown on decoding of some files. This mainly affected wideband and ultra-wideband VBR files.

I updated Cool Edit/Audition filter and Winamp2 decoder to new library and uploaded win32 compiles of speexenc and speexdec. Download here.

now we only need a SpeexDrop based on it ..
