I love all Speek's frontends, they are cool and ease to
use.
But using Tag Frontend 1.3, sometimes I've strange
results.

Using EAC I rip my disks to .wav...
Mp3 encoding using Lame2Wav. fine.
Using Encspot, it reads all frames and all files
are complete and error free...
After, using TAG Frontend I named and filled the
Id3v1 of the set.
Encspot again, reading all frames, reports
sync errors(1, 2, or even 3) in 3 of 15 songs.(2 retrys
and the same results)

After removing all TAG's those 3 files are
error free again.

I repetead de process twice and even used a new
encoded set, and the same errors on the same mp3s.
(I use Lame 3.92, VBR quality 0, mpeg quality 0,
192-320, joint stereo).

Can a file be corrupted by tagging it?
Can the tags interfere with the "sound portion" of the file
and cause sync errors?
Any feedback will be great.

Tnx.

Case
File can be corrupted by writing tag over the end of filedata, but I can assure you that Tag does not do that. And since the removal of tag fixes the problem I think Encspot doesn't notice it's checking tag instead of audio.
